A heritage Tour was planned for Menokin, Mount Airy, Sabine Hall, Stratford Hall and Noini Hall. A Memorial Ceremony was held in Court Circle Historic (1748) Richmond County Courthouse, with speaker Judge Harry T. Taliaferro. A Roll of Honor with names read of Carter Patriots and the service ended by placing a wreath at the site. Afterward, everyone joined for the Rappahannock River Cruise!
